When you order from us, we agree to supply and fit the specified items, and you agree to pay the specified total price which is based on times and materials. Please check the drawings or plans carefully. 

We will supply and fit the goods unless we agree otherwise. We will inform you of any delay beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

If the goods need fitting, you must ensure that the Sturij fitter has access and that the plumbing and electrics are installed correctly beforehand.

All charges include VAT. 

"You can cancel within 14 days, and we'll refund your payments. However, once we've ordered materials, no refund can be provided."

Payment Terms:

• Upfront Payment: 100% of the total cost of materials, the full manufacturing charge, and 50% of the installation charge are due upfront.

• Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the installation charge will be invoiced on the first day of installation and must be paid within 24 hours of that day, or within 24 hours of the invoice date if issued later.

Please note, late payments will incur daily interest at the rate equivalent to our current bank account overdraft interest.

The legal ownership of the goods remains with us until you have paid all the money you owe us.

We guarantee our goods against defects in manufacturing for one year after completion. All the materials used carry their manufacturer guarantees.

If you are not satisfied, please speak with your Sturij fitter first; alternatively, please refer to www.sturij.com for our complaints procedure. If you remain unhappy, your complaint can be referred to the Furniture Ombudsman.

By placing an order with us, you consent to our use of photographs of the completed work on our website and social media platforms. All designs and images, unless agreed otherwise prior to placing the order, are the property of Storage Innovation Limited t/a Sturij and will remain our copyright unless otherwise signed over. Any personal images or identifiable personal elements will be removed prior to publication to ensure privacy and the accurate location of the design not disclosed.

This agreement is made under English law.
